How do I register to attend?
The fastest and easiest way is to register online by accessing the registration site by CLICKING HERE. This link can also be found in the top menu on each page of the Virtual Meeting website.
Can I register for the meeting after the March 1st deadline?
Yes, you can register after March 1st, but to maximize your cost savings, we encourage you to register prior to the March 1st deadline.
What is included in the registration fee?
For the first time ever, meeting registrations will include all sessions available in the plenary and on-demand section of the virtual site. Your registration fee covers all educational content that is presented.
What time on the cutoff date do the registration fees increase?
The discounted early registration rates end at midnight, Central Standard Time (U.S.-Chicago). The increased rate begins at 12:01 am on the morning following the cutoff dates.
During what hours will the sessions take place?
The virtual meeting program will be held on the following dates. All times listed on the 2021 Virtual Meeting website are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

I want to watch a session, but I have a conflict at the time it is scheduled. Can I view it later?
Yes! All sessions, even those that are presented as live sessions, will be recorded and will become available for on demand viewing within 12 hours.
Will there be LIVE Q&A during the sessions
Yes. Some sessions will offer 15-minute moderated Q&A discussions, interspersed throughout the symposia. Check the program schedule for the scheduled times for each day.
Can I still earn ADA-CERP credit hours from the Virtual Meeting?
Yes. Attendees can still earn credit for attending by completing the session evaluations and claiming credit. The virtual meeting is considered a live and electronically mediated activity scheduled for the dates of March 12-14. In order to earn credit, you must log into the meeting during those dates. Credit claimed should be commensurate with your participation during that period.
CE credit can only be claimed for 90 days following the live event until Monday June 14, 2021.
How long after the end of the Virtual Meeting will I be able to access content like recorded sessions, e-posters and exhibit halls?
Online access to the AO Virtual Meeting, including all recorded sessions, Corporate Forums, and the virtual exhibit hall, will be available through December 2021.
Online access to the e-posters will be available indefinitely on the Academy’s website, osseo.org, after the 2021 Virtual Meeting concludes.

What are the computer requirements to access and participate in the virtual meeting?
How do I get to the live or recorded sessions?
Click on Auditorium. From there, you will have a choice of live or recorded sessions.
Will e-Posters be presented by the researchers themselves?
Yes, all presenters are encouraged to include a presentation video with their e-poster submissions.
How do I become a member of AO?
TheĀ electronic membership application form can be found on AO’s website, osseo.org, and is recommended to facilitate faster processing time.
Downloadable membership application forms are also available on the AO website and can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the AO home office. Completed application forms must be submitted with the required information/documents and membership fees to qualify for the members discounted Annual Meeting Registration fees.
Membership applications must be received in the AO office at least two weeks prior to registration deadlines.
