This is what you can expect from the 2021 Virtual Meeting:
Registration fees for the 2021 Virtual Meeting include:
- Access to all live and on-demand sessions until December 2021
- Oral Abstract, Clinical Innovations and e-poster sessions
- TEAM and Laboratory Technician sessions
- Admission to the Corporate Forums and Virtual Exhibit Hall
Attendees may register after March 1, but are encouraged to register early to maximize cost savings. After March 8, registrations must be processed manually and meeting access will be delayed up to 12 hours. To register after March 8, please email registration@osseo.org for assistance. Non-members:
Become a member of the AO and take advantage of all the benefits of membership including a savings on our registration fees. Membership applications must be received at least one week before each deadline date to be eligible for the discounted member rate. To become a member, visit us online at osseo.org/become-a-member.
Individual Registration:
Please note that meeting registration is for one individual only. Access to the meeting platform is available to the registrant on one device at a time and cannot be shared or transferred.

In addition, those who register for the meeting will have access to the recorded presentations until December 2021. However, CE credit can only be claimed for 90 days following the live event until Monday, June 14, 2021.

Virtual Session Types
Live Sessions
Join these sessions at the posted start times to view the presentations and participate in live online discussion. Can’t attend at the designated time? Live sessions will be recorded and posted for viewing within 12 hours and available for CE credit until June 14, 2021. All presentations will be accessible until December 2021. On-demand Sessions
All on-demand sessions will be posted at the start of the meeting on March 12, 2021. Attendees can view the on-demand sessions at any time until December, 2021. CE credit will be available until Monday, June 14, 2021. Questions for all speakers can be submitted via the e-mail address provided for each on-demand presentation. Moderated Q&A Participation for Attendees
Tune in to view the plenary sessions during their scheduled time to join the online Q&A chat with the moderator and session faculty.
Corporate Forums
Join us before the meeting kicks off for our Corporate Forum sessions which will be presented throughout the days leading up to our meeting. A wide range of Corporate Forum presentations hosted by numerous companies will be featured live and unopposed throughout each day from Tuesday, March 9 – Thursday, March 11. This collection of presentations offers a unique and significant opportunity to view the latest research and developments in the field of craniofacial implant technology. The topics and presenters are selected by the participating companies without input from the Academy of Osseointegration. Presentation formats and options to interact with the presenter will vary between companies. See program updates here.
Scheduled Break Times
During scheduled break times, we encourage you to take advantage of the e-poster presentations and Virtual Exhibit Hall.
E-poster Presentations
E-posters will be accessible at 9:00 am (EST) on Friday, March 12 and available on-demand throughout the virtual meeting and posted on the Academy’s website (osseo.org) following the meeting. E-poster presentations will include a brief video presentation from the primary author.
Virtual Exhibit Hall
The Virtual Exhibit Hall will open at 9:00 am (EST) on Friday, March 12. Chat with industry representatives during meeting hours or drop in anytime to view their exhibit. Exhibits will remain accessible through December, 2021.
