Prevention of Peri-implantitis Using Nisin and Nisin-producer Probiotic – An In Vitro Study on Titanium
Dr. Allan Radaic has a BA in Biotechnology, a Master of Science and PhD degrees in Functional and Molecular Biology from the University of Campinas, Brazil. Currently, he is a Post-doctorate fellow in the School of Dentistry at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), mentored by Dr. Yvonne Kapila, DDS, PhD.
Dr. Radaic is a specialist in nanotechnology for drug and gene delivery, and currently his research interests involve the assessment of the Oral Microbiota and Oral Biofilm to find new treatments for periodontitis, peri-implantitis and head and neck cancer.
